4. No responsibility can be accepted for non delivery unless Gold Rings and Things are informed within 14 days of 'goods despatched email'.

Returned goods will only be credited if returned in perfect condition within 14 days of the invoice date, with the respective invoice number and date and, where applicable, in the original packaging. Goods returned for credit, which have been correctly supplied will be subject to a handling charge depending on value of item(s) see prices below.
